Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of this website and requests to arrange vehicle transportation through Global Logistics Group LLC.

Last updated: July 13, 2026
Important: This website copy is a general business template and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel for the company’s actual operations, licenses, data practices, and applicable state laws.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing the website or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering an agreement.

2. Our role

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a signed order, Global Logistics Group LLC arranges vehicle transportation with independent motor carriers and is not the motor carrier physically transporting the vehicle. The assigned carrier controls the equipment, route, loading decisions, and safe operation of the transport vehicle.

3. Estimates and booking

Website estimates and initial communications are informational and are not a guaranteed final price, pickup date, delivery date, or binding reservation. A shipment becomes confirmed only after the parties accept the applicable order details and a carrier is assigned. Pricing may depend on route, vehicle size and condition, transport type, season, fuel, access, and market availability.

4. Customer responsibilities

You agree to provide complete and accurate contact, route, vehicle, operability, modification, and scheduling information. Before pickup, you must:

  • remove valuables and prohibited or hazardous items;
  • disclose leaks, alarms, low clearance, modifications, and mechanical issues;
  • ensure the vehicle can be safely loaded as represented;
  • provide keys and required authorization;
  • be available, or appoint an authorized adult, for pickup and delivery; and
  • inspect the vehicle and accurately complete the Bill of Lading.

5. Pickup and delivery

Door-to-door service means as close to the requested addresses as the carrier can safely and legally operate. Narrow roads, low trees, weight restrictions, traffic, weather, construction, or local rules may require a nearby meeting location. Transit and appointment windows are estimates and may change.

6. Vehicle condition and claims

The customer and driver should inspect the vehicle at pickup and delivery and record condition and mileage on the Bill of Lading. Any newly observed damage should be written on the delivery Bill of Lading before it is signed, and photographs should be taken. Cargo claims are generally handled under the assigned carrier’s insurance and claim procedures. Normal wear, pre-existing damage, mechanical failure, and items left inside the vehicle may not be covered.

7. Personal property

Vehicle transportation is not household-goods transportation. Personal property left in a vehicle may be restricted by the carrier, may increase weight, and is generally not covered by carrier cargo insurance. The customer assumes the risk of loss or damage to unauthorized personal property.

8. Payment and cancellation

Payment method, deposit, balance, cancellation terms, and any carrier-related charges will be stated in the applicable quote, order confirmation, dispatch notice, or carrier documentation. You are responsible for reviewing those terms before accepting service. Chargebacks or payment disputes should not be used to avoid valid contractual obligations.

9. Prohibited use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with operation, scrape content at scale, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent requests, or use the website in violation of law.

10. Intellectual property

The website’s text, layout, graphics, branding, and software are owned by or licensed to Global Logistics Group LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Limited personal use is permitted; no other rights are granted.

11. Disclaimers

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or that all website information will always be complete, current, or error-free.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Logistics Group LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from website use. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited. Carrier liability for physical transportation is governed by applicable law, the Bill of Lading, insurance coverage, and carrier terms.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Global Logistics Group LLC harmless from third-party claims, losses, or expenses arising from your material breach of these Terms, unlawful use of the website, inaccurate shipment information, or prohibited property placed in a vehicle.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of the state in which Global Logistics Group LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through written notice and direct discussion.

15. General provisions

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights without our consent. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
